Appetite retouching for Italian Master Chef & Photographer Francesco Tonelli ([link]).

This shot was for Ruths Chris Steakhouse and involved extensive multi-image compositing of the various elements in the shot. Much time was spent reshaping and cleaning up the juices from the steam and lobster for the perfect effect.
